Here at ReThink Real Estate, we've been capitalizing on inefficiencies in the commercial real estate market in spite of Covid. Now that we're getting ready to put Covid in the rearview mirror, we're gearing up to acquire properties that have suffered as a result of the work-from-home Covid hysteria.  These underutilized properties can be quickly turned around and we know how to do it.  That's right, we figured out how to profit from the Covid uncertainty and we can apply our proven strategies to even greater effect as the commercial market rebounds.

Over the last 2 years, we successfully repositioned TWO office/retail properties that both had occupancy rates of less than 50%.  We filled empty parking lots with cars, removed "for lease" signs from vacant spaces. And in both cases, we INCREASED OCCUPANCY TO 100% and more than DOUBLED NET OPERATING INCOME.  We purchased the first property just before Covid hit, filled it up in spite of Covid, and sold it for 46% more than we bought it for less than 12 months earlier - a return of 62%. The second property, purchased half vacant in February of 2021, is now stabilized and we refinanced out ALL of our initial equity in less than 12 months and it continues to produce substantial cash flow.

And we own 2 other office properties that are both 100% full.

Oh yeah, did we mention that we did all this during the height of Covid-19? Yep, no kidding.
