 With over 25 years of real estate investing in single family, multifamily, retail, and office properties, Scott has been through multiple cycles and is uniquely qualified to help you enjoy the benefits of real estate investments. Throughout his career, Scott has owned or acquired on behalf of others more than three quarters of a billion dollars of multifamily, single family, office, and retail properties. 

Kelly has a Masters in Economics and is a licensed Realtor in Kansas and Missouri. For over 15 years she's been investing in single-family houses in the Kansas City area, successfully renovating and selling properties worth nearly $4m. Kelly is responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential investment properties.

Andrew has been an entrepreneur since a very young age when he started and sold a successful lawn mowing business. His determination to make a career in real estate is impressive - he started with us when he was a full-time student at the University of Missouri and now has a business degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City. Andrew is our Property Manager and residential and commercial real estate agent.
