We purchased the first property just before Covid hit, filled it up in spite of Covid, and sold it for 46% more than we bought it for less than 12 months earlier - a return of 62%. The second property, purchased half vacant in February of 2021, is now stabilized and we refinanced out ALL of our initial equity in less than 12 months and it continues to produce substantial cash flow.
